Mobile working and flexible working hours allow you to organize your working day so that it fits in with your private life. With the help of our flextime model, you can freely organize your working hours from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Jägermeister is a community brand and thrives on personal interaction. Our employees are on site for 50 percent of their net time, i.e. the remaining time minus business trips, holidays or illness. The rest of the time can be spent working from anywhere. We offer 6 weeks of vacation per year as well as special leave for a move, a wedding or the birth of a child.
